My background includes two years as a defense attorney to win two non-guilty verdicts for my clients, and nine years as a lawyer at a Dow joint venture in Russia, managing regulatory compliance, due diligence, court representation, and employee training. I have led cross-functional teams to success and I am skilled with cross-cultural knowledge. I also volunteer as a leadership mentor at a global community to help female professionals on their career transformation journey in STEM.
